Design and Manufacturing of Utility Car
English Abstract
As we feel the responsibility towards our homeland Egypt; we aim to revive the Egyptian car industry. In this project we design an electric motor car with the simplest and smartest design mainly used for internal transportation, hospitality utilities and service utilities. In this project we are facing many challenges in many fields such as: Welding and its examination, Car design, transmission unit, steering system, suspension system, CAD programs, Car assembly, Plant layout and the production line, we will solve these obstacles by implementing our previously studied courses in this project.

يهدف المشروع الي تصميم و تنفيذ سيارة تعمل بالطاقة الكهربية باعتبارها احد الطاقات النظيفة املين من ذلك احياء صناعة السيارات المصرية لتصبح بذلك احد الصناعات الرائدة فى هذا المجال, و تقوم فكرة المشروع فى الاساس على تصميم جسم السيارة و تنفيذه ثم تركيب باقى اجزاء السيارة مستخدمين في ذلك مبادئ(الهندسة الخضراء),كما يعمل الفريق على وضع التصميمات اللازمة لانشاء المصنع الذى سيتولى تصنيع سيارة المستقبل فيما بعد ؛ السيارة صالحة حالياً للعمل في مجال السياحة (فنادق , منتجعات , نوادي , .....) وفي القريب العاجل سوف تخطو السيارة شوارعنا المصرية . معلنة بذلك عن ميلاد اول سيارة كهربائية يُكتب عليها صنع في مصر .
