Establishment of Production Unit to Deal with Marble Residuals
English Abstract
The idea of the project is to deal with marble residuals by manufacturing of these residuals in a production unit that can be established by youth or using small investments. This project deals with the problem of marble residuals by two main technical aspects; the first one is the design and implementation (through a prototype) for the main element in the marble manufacturing production line which is the gang saw machine. Secondly , through the implementation of a full feasibility study to ensure the success of the designed production unit to have an output of sellable marble products.
Arabic Abstract
فكرة المشروع هى كيفية التعامل مع هوالك الرخام فى المحاجر بتصنيع هذه الهوالك خلال وحدة إنتاجية قادر على إنشائها الشباب أو حديثى التخرج أصحاب الاستثمارات الصغيرة. إن المشروع يجد حلا عمليا لمشكلة تراكم هوالك الرخام فى المحاجر حتى وصلت إلى 50 مليون طن وتزيد سنويا. من ناحيتين ؛ أول ناحية هى كيفية تصميم ماكينة تتعامل مع هذه الهوالك .ويقوم المشروع بتصميم وتنفيذ نموذج أصلى لإثبات صحة التصميم. الناحية الأخرى هى القيام بعمل دراسة جدوى إقتصادية شاملة للوحدة الانتاجية اللى ستتعامل مع هالك الرخام حتى نضمن نجاح هذه الوحدة فى إنتاج منتجات من خام الرخام لها طلب فى السوق.
